ABT Will be assisting the North GA Screamin' Eagles with hosting its 1st Southeastern League
Tournament in the 2017/18 USPSA season at the East
Hall Community Center in Gainesville, GA on January
13 & 14, 2018. The general public is welcome to
attend free of charge.
This year marked the 10th anniversary of the U.S. Power Soccer Association, of which the Screamin' Eagles have been a member of since inception. The game of Power Soccer has evolved in the last 10 years, and for teams to play competitively and contend for a Championship they must obtain high-performance power wheelchairs, or build them. More and more teams are opting for the StrikeForce powerchair manufactured by Powersocccershop.com, but the equipment is not covered by any insurance. For athletes with disabilities, acquiring the $7,700-$10,000 for this type of powerchair is extremely difficult.
The Disabled athletes of the Screamin' Eagles need our help in getting new Powerchairs. ABT serves as the fiscal sponsor for the North Georgia Screamin' Eagles team, and all donations are tax deductible. Please consider making a donation to help us help the team acquire the equipment needed to compete for a USPSA Championship.
